Who We Are

Dr. Kittredge was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA. He attended the University of Virginia where he obtained a BS in Engineering Science. He continued his education at MCP Hahnemann School of Medicine in Philadelphia.

Jessica Novy, PA-C earned her Masters of Health Sciences for Physician Assistants at Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences in New York, NY. Her thesis was in Endovascular vs. Open Repair for Ruptured Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms.

Dr. Rajendra Patel, MD, FACS is a Board-certified vascular surgeon who specializes in the diagnosis and management of circulatory diseases involving arteries and veins.

Dr Eid received his Medical Degree from the American University of Beirut in 1989 and achieved board certification in Internal Medicine at New York University Medical Center, General surgery at State University of New York, and vascular surgery at Temple University.

Brenna Maynard, NP, received her BSN at MCPHS-Boston then worked at St. Anne’s Hospital on a medical-oncology unit followed by several years in the ICU. Prior to receiving her master’s degree, she also worked in CVD’s outpatient angiogram procedural suite. Brenna received her FNP degree from the University of Rhode Island. She also has a passion for preventive medicine with a background in weight loss and weight management.

Dr. Wilson-Byrne is a graduate of Boston College and Tufts University (Masters in Chemistry), and earned his Doctorate in Medicine at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. He completed his General Surgery Residency at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and his Vascular Surgery Fellowship at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

Rachel Briden, FNP-BC, received her BSN and MSN degrees from Regis College in Weston, MA. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as an ICU nurse at St. Anne’s Hospital. She is dedicated to providing quality care to our patients. She is fluent in Arabic.
